This Privacy Policy explains how BeeActive Studio ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares information when you use our mobile applications and this website (together, the "Services"). If an individual app has additional privacy terms, they will be shown inside that app and apply in addition to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information, such as your name and email address, if an app lets you create an account.
Content you create in an app, such as entries, preferences or settings.
Messages you send us, for example when you contact support.

Information collected automatically

Device and usage information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and how features of the app are used.
Diagnostic information, such as crash reports and performance data, used to find and fix problems.
Website analytics: this website uses Google Analytics for Firebase, which uses cookies to collect information such as pages visited, approximate location (country/city), browser and device type. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Information from app stores

When you make a purchase, payment is processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your full payment card details; we only receive confirmation of the purchase and its status.

To diagnose crashes, fix bugs and keep the Services secure

3. Third-party services

We use trusted service providers to operate the Services. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service. Depending on the app, these may include:

Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, database, analytics and crash reporting) — Firebase privacy information
Apple App Store and Google Play (app distribution, purchases and subscriptions)
Cloudflare (website hosting) — Cloudflare privacy policy
Telegram (delivering messages sent through our contact form to our team) — Telegram privacy policy

If an app shows advertising or uses other third-party services, those will be described in that app's store listing and privacy details.

We share information only:

With service providers who help us run the Services, as described above
When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or BeeActive Studio
In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you
With your consent

5. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this policy. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, unless we are required by law to keep it longer.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
